The School of Nursing will be using NeehrPerfect (an academic EHR) in the Masters Entry Program.

Neehr Perfect Go is an academic version of an electronic health record (EHR) system that allows students to chart activities and assessments of new patients and patients you may see in a case study or simulation. The SON will be using this software throughout the Masters Entry program. Please follow the directions attached to set up your free account.

This Student Guide explains how they create an account, log-in, and apply your subscription. It also explains how Go! is used. Additional guides can be found under the Help section after logging in. Because the school has purchased your subscriptions, you will also be prompted to enter an activation code.

The two codes you will need to activate your free, 18-month subscription are listed below. Please do not share these codes outside your cohort.

Please have your account set up before your first lab.

For most documentation activities in Foundations and Health Assessment, you will need to create a new patient to document your work. In Neehr Perfect, you can do this by accessing the "Student Portfolio."

This short PDF guide (attached) will give you directions on how to access the Student Portfolio to complete your assignments.
