JH Faculty and Staff should use the Enterprise instructions for enrolling in Microsoft Intune.
Instructions for Students
Note if you are a student who is also JH staff, you probably need follow the JH Enterprise's instructions for enrolling your device in Microsoft Intune above. Unless you were a student first prior to becoming staff. In which case, the "Student" settings will probably apply to you. If you try one and it doesn't work, then try the other. If you still have difficulty, contact the SON Help Desk.
