The School of Nursing works in tandem with the Enterprise IT to mitigate threats from spam or phishing messages.

It is possible that some spam e-mail will not be detected by anti-spam software. Some spam senders design messages in a manner that makes them less susceptible to anti-spam software.

Missed spam can be reported to Enterprise IT by forwarding the spam e-mail, as an attachment, to spam@jhu.edu.

To forward an email as an attachment from Outlook select the email and enter the following keystrokes Ctrl+Alt+F.
