 Windows Installation Instructions
 

  1. Follow this link to download installer Student Printer Installer
  2. Depending on your browser and operating system you may need to approve the downloaded file and allow it to install

  3. Install Software

     

  4. Finish the Installation

     

  5. The Printer has been installed: SON-Student SecurePrint

  6. Additionally, you must follow these steps to enable the "Print As Image" option in Adobe Acrobat for the "SON_Student_SecurePrint" printer

    1. Open a PDF

    2. Choose Print

    3. Select the "SON_Student_SecurePrint" printer

    4. Enable "Print As Image" in Advanced settings (see http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/quick-fix-print-pdf-image.html)

    5. Send the job to the printer.  Note you are not charged for print jobs that you do not release at the printer, but you must send the job to the printer for Adobe to save this setting for all future print jobs.
